I am sure many of you are aware of Eminem's single "When I'm gone" from the album Curtain Call: The Hits. I wonder how many of you are aware of why spiritually speaking Eminem was failing to be the husband and father that his family needed to be. The problem he had basically was that he was worshiping another god rather than Jehovah, the one true God. I am not sure which god that his alter ego, Slim Shady was leading him to worship. It could have been fame, wealth or security for his family but it was not Jesus and the One who sent Him. For Jesus would have had Eminem lay everything down to God to lift up his wife.
I have been praying, mourning and repenting ever since my last post because I believe I was speaking my own words and not the Words of Jesus. And like Eminem to make it right I must lay everything down at the feet of my Lord and Savior. And since my sin was done publicly I must make my act of repentance public.
I will be taking the previous post down so that this blog may be fully devoted to the Lord and His work and that nothing be here except that which the Lord told me to post. I am sorry for leading some of you astray.
