Miss Invisible

“Miss Invisible” is a song written and song by Marie Digby. At the moment the song is available freely on her Youtube channel. This song has been a great help to me because the writer opened herself up to be so vulnerable in the midst of one of her most painful times of suffering. What she describes is something that I believe many of us experience in our lives, but unlike this person we are too scared to admit it and would rather wrap ourselves up in the day to day trappings of a modern lifestyle.

There is another reason why I find this song to be so powerful and that is because at the end of the song she describes how it all changes. Someone else was brave enough to enter into her life and be just as vulnerable as she is in this song. To be willing to do something like that for another is so much greater of a gift than anything else anyone could ever give you. And to every reader remember that even if all your friends, family and acquaintances fail to realize this truth. Jesus is willing to be ever present to bring to us the full truth of this song so even in our darkest moments there might be someone we could cling to for help.
